Base Pricing:

For our standard shared room for 2 students, the base cost is 20,000/- per month. If you prefer to pay per semester, you can enjoy a discounted rate. 

Flexible Payment Options:

To make your booking process even more convenient, we offer flexible payment options. You can choose to pay the full amount upfront or opt for a deposit.

• Booking per Semester: Secure your accommodation by paying a refundable deposit. This deposit ensures your room for the entire semester, providing peace of mind and budget flexibility.
• Booking per Month: If you prefer a monthly payment plan, you can secure your room with a refundable deposit of Kshs 10,000/-. This option allows you to pay on a monthly basis while still ensuring your space.

Payment via Mpesa:

Paying for your accommodation is quick and easy. We accept Mpesa payments to streamline the process. Simply choose your preferred payment option and use Mpesa to complete your transaction.
